Fitness Racing Prep

Fitness racing prep classes at CWONE focus on muscular and cardiovascular endurance while burning a massive amount of calories! Friday is circuit-based, while Sunday is a longer workout with cardio intervals.

Sessions consist of simple movements that every individual is capable of performing. Every exercise can be scaled to suit all abilities and fitness levels.

Why not work towards competing in a Hyrox, Deka or Tough Mudder event in the UK or overseas - we've even had members compete in the world championships!

Fitness racing prep classes run on Friday evening and Sunday morning, no need to be a member just come along!

Sunday - 10:00 - 11:30
