Here at CWONE we think it’s vital for children to keep fit and active. One of the ways we can insure that children want to work out is to make it FUN! Encouraging children to start moving more and enjoying fitness not only has massive benefits to their bodies and health but they are more likely to continue this trend into adulthood.
Life requires that kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, regardless of athletic ability which is why we teach functional movements like the squat, push ups, pull ups, climbing, jumping, and elementary gymnastic movements.
These classes are designed with children in mind and are a mixture of skill focussed sessions, workouts and games.
The benefits of regular exercise mixed with our programmed classes are massively far reaching including, improved motor development, respiration, language skills, balance, confidence, concentration, reflexes, bone density and muscle memory.
