CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program built around the methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed with intensity.
There are three main elements to CrossFit - Weighlifting, Gymnastics and Metabolic Conditioning.
All classes are run in groups (CrossFit is as much about the community as the training!), led by our expert coaches, with numbers restricted to ensure everyone gets the attention they need to perform and improve. Every movement can be scaled to suit all abilities and fitness levels.
