Barbell/Gymnastics classes rotate between the 2 every 6 weeks.

Open Gym is a period of time when the gym is open to Gold & Platinum members for personal use. These periods will have a coach present but they are NOT coached classes.

If you would like to book onto any of our classes please follow the link below which will take you to our booking system called Team Up (Click the teamup logo). Team up is a very useful way of reserving a spot on your desired class and helps us to manage our class sizes to give you the best experience. You will need to register on Team Up before you can get started.
