Here at CW1 Fitness we think it’s vital for children to keep fit and active. One of the ways we can insure that children want to workout is to make it FUN! Encouraging children to start moving more and enjoying fitness not only has massive benefits to their bodies and health but they are more likely to continue this trend into adulthood.
Life requires that kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, regardless of athletic ability which is why we teach functional movements like the squat, pushups, pull ups, climbing, jumping, and elementary gymnastic movements.
CrossFit Kids classes are designed with kids in mind and are a mixture of skill focussed sessions, workouts and games.
The benefits of regular exercise and CrossFit Kids are massively far reaching including, improved motor development, respiration, language skills, balance, confidence, concentration, reflexes, bone density and muscle memory.
